The land on which we sit and on which we live are the traditional unceded territories of multiple Indigenous and First Nations peoples, and we acknowledge their painful history of genocide and forced occupation of their territory, and we hope to honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous people connected to this land from time immemorial.”
